TERMS & CONDITIONS

TenderHeart Play & Stay agrees to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep kennel premises sanitary and property enclosed. The pet(s) are to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters. All pets are boarded by TenderHeart Play & Stay without liability for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other pets, or property by said pet(s), or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

If a pet brought to TenderHeart Play and Stay is found to have fleas and/or ticks, it will be given Capstar at owner's expense.

The pet(s) are not to be taken off the premises except by the consent of the owner. If a pet becomes seriously ill, the owner shall be notified immediately. If the owner does not respond immediately regarding measures to be taken, or if the state of the pet's health reasonably demands quick action, TenderHeart Play & Stay shall have the right to call veterinarian, as designated in the veterinarian entry above. If no veterinarian is designated or that designated veterinarian is not available, TenderHeart Play & Stay will call or take to veterinarian of their choice. TenderHeart Play & Stay can administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within our discretion and judgment, and such expenses, being reasonable in amount shall be paid promptly by the owner of the pet.

Any charges for boarding, grooming, training, medicine, or veterinary services are required to be PAID IN FULL when pet(s) are picked up per scheduled date. If a pet is not picked up within ten days after agreed upon time for return of pet, the pet can be sold within ten days after this period by TenderHeart Play & Stay publicly, privately, or otherwise for the best price available. Notice in writing of such intended sale shall be mailed by registered mail to the owner of the pet at the address given hereon, of less than ten days before date of such intended sale, and no further notice shall be deemed necessary. Any excess amount over charges will be given to the owner, any deficiency is deemed to be due and immediately paid by the owner.

This agreement covers ALL owner pets who come to TenderHeart Play and Stay whether specified on this agreement or not. This agreement covers ALL DATES OF STAY starting from the time of submission which is electronically recorded.

I hereby agree to this legally binding contract as owner of the pet(s).
