POLICIES & PROCEDURES

The following policies explain the basic guidelines for Cache Restaurant

To ensure that both parties understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated within the contract, Cache management requests the host to write their initials next to each statement on the lines provided.

Valentine's Dinner starts at $150 per person before tax and gratuity *

All Credit Card use has a surcharge of 3% of the bill *

Cork fee for wine is $50/bottle *

Cake fee is $25 when guests bring in their own dessert/cake *

Failure to inform us of party size changes 24 hours prior to the event is a $75 per person missing headcount fee *

Failure to inform us of cancellation 24 hours prior will result in a charge of $75 per person headcount fee *

If a physical card cannot be provided at the conclusion of the reservation, a photo of the front and back of the card to be utilized is to be emailed to events@cachelittlerock.com *

Parties of 15 people or more understand that the bill is one check *

The signature of the reservation is responsible for all damages, fees, or checks left unpaid by their guests *

The signature of the reservation understands that there will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to the total bill AFTER tax *
