GBRAR reserves the right to reassign meeting rooms based on the final guarantee. Functions outside normal business hours will be considered upon the availability of staff with additional staffing fees. Gatherings of more than 50 individuals after 4:30 PM will require security which GBRAR will arrange for a bill the user.
GBRAR’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• ALL TRASH MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE DUMPSTER AND THE ROOM CLEANED EACH DAY OF USE

• If the tables and chairs are re-arranged for your meeting, you must leave them in classroom style upon departure
