Carers Engagement on line form

The Surrey Carers Partnership Group (this is a multiagency group which works to implement the two Surrey Carers Strategies) is looking at ways to support carers across the county through the development  of a new Surrey Wide Carers Commissioning and Development Strategy.

Our new strategy will need to meet existing legislation requirments as well as new requirements arising out of the NHS Long Term Plan and the  Governments Carers Action Plan  2018/20,

This short survey is designed to collect carers views and opinion on what is currently working well and what more needs to be done. The survey has questions about you, your caring situation and your experiences so we can make sure the results are representatives of all carers across the county.

We are grateful to each and every carer who takes an interest in helping us co-design a new Surrey Carers Commissioning and Development Strategy. We aim to publish the new Surrey Carers Strategy in the Summer 2020.

Closing date: 30th April 2020
