For the busy spring and fall seasons, reservations should be made 2 to 3 weeks or more in advance to secure your rental. For rentals that are less than 3 days away please call us at 435-259-BIKE (2453) to check availability and make your reservation at that time.

Warranty and Service Plan

Upon arrival you will have the option to accept or decline our damage protection plan. For $6 a day, the plan covers up to $500 worth of damage.
Damages covered including but not limited to: broken brake lever, bent/broken derailleur, dented rim, damaged cable and/or housing, dented chainstays, scraped fork or shock stanchions, scratches/scrapes to aluminum frame, scratches/gouges to carbon frames and a broken helmet.
Damages not covered: structural damage/cracks to carbon frames, structural dents/cracks to aluminum frames, dames caused by improper transportation, damages caused by riding in inclement conditions, theft or loss of any equipment, damages caused by fire or underwater submersion and/or purposeful destruction.

Rental Requirements – 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a credit card number that we will only charge if you do not call/email to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. If you fail to do so, we will bill your card for each day of the reservation.

All cancellations need to be e-mailed to shop@poisonspiderbicycles.com, more than 48 hours in advance.

Bikes can be picked up any time after 8am (9am during Winter hours, Summer hours 9am-6pm) on the first day of your rental and must be dropped off before 5:00 pm on the last day of your rental (2pm summer). When you pick up your bikes, all riders will be asked to read and sign a waiver. All riders are required to be present. The adult rider whose name is on the reservation must have a valid ID and credit card present at the time of rental.

Your rental must be paid in full before leaving the shop. Each rider must be present for a brief safety instruction and orientation on the use of the rental equipment. **Due to situations out of our control, the bike you request may be different upon arrival.
