DUAL CREDIT/ENROLLMENT FORM

Students who are currently attending high school may earn dual credit or be dually enrolled in career and technical courses at Meridian Community College provided they (1) are classified classified as a sophomore, junior or senior, as documented by an official high school transcript; (2) have been granted acceptance into a CTE course from an MCC CTE instructor based on student interest and instructor recommendation; (3) receive unconditional recommendation from their high school counselor and signed parental consent, as documented by this form.

Career & Technical Education Dual Credit Applicants must submit the following:

1. An MCC Admissions Application

2. Official high school transcript

3. ACT or ACCUPLACER Scores

4. This completed form

MISSISSIPPI DUAL CREDIT/DUAL ENROLLMENT SCHOLARSHIP

The Mississippi Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit (DEDC) Scholarship is available to help Mississippi high school students pay for dual enrollment and dual credit courses. Students will be awarded tuition for up to 6 credit hours (2 courses), provided that they meet the eligibility requirements.
