Terms and Conditions

- Appointments are to be made online in step 2 of this form after completing payment .
- If telephone appointments are required, please call us on 0411 863 220.
- Pet photography will be after general photo sessions have ended. We request that bookings be made sequentially.
- A booking is confirmed upon payment of your pet deposit. Deposits are non refundable. You will receive 3 emails as a receipt, i.e. for your order, payment and appointment time .
- Santa may leave early should there be no bookings after the designated times.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session, or 10 minutes early if you have not yet chosen your package.

Please also note that when you book a photo session with Santa:
• Owner/s must be responsible for their pet at all times.
• Owner/s must bring waste disposal bags for their pet's use if required (note: waste is prohibited from being placed in bins at the Centre.
• In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive/inappropriate behaviour, we will ask that they be removed from the centre.
• Pets must be brought into the centre on a lead or in a cage.
• Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time, however in the event that another photography session is being completed, we appreciate your patience while the current pet photography session is finishing up.
• We or centre management may remove any animals from the centre at our discretion.

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you . If you do not receive your booking confirmation and order form email (2 seperate emails) , it is likely that your booking has not gone through. Please present your order form email , booking confirmation and PayPal receipt (where applicable) when arriving to have your photos taken.Thank you.
