Option 1: Community Supported Seafood (CSS)

Modeled after the CSA, being a member in our CSS brings you the season’s freshest caught sustainable seafood that there is to offer. Depending on your portion and pricing needs, H&H will choose the freshest fish we have each week and prepare a cooler bag for you to pick up weekly at a designated site.

Option 2: Seafood Delivery to your Door (SDD)
The SDD membership is just like the CSS but your sustainable seafood is delivered straight to your door. You don't even have to be home to receive your delivery!

Bring your reusable H&H cooler or leave it on your doorstep each week. We will swap it & your fish will stay fresh for hours on ice and cold packs.

The focus of H&H’s CSS/SDD is on supporting the local seafood species but may also include hand-selected sustainable exotics such as sashimi-grade Ahi (Yellowfin) Tuna. Your selection will vary from week to week based on seasonality and luck of the catch. You can expect to receive local species such as Salmon, Black Cod, Snapper, Soles, Halibut, Seabass, etc.

Please read below about our different membership options:
Standard Membership
This membership is the most common choice for our CSS Members. 
In this membership we feature a wide variety of sustainable seafood ranging from locally caught seafood to hand-selected exotics. You can expect to find just about anything in your cooler from week to week. This is the best deal H&H offers. This price was calculated by averaging our cheaper fish (Ex: Snapper $9.95/lb) and our more expensive fish (Ex: King Salmon $21.95/lb). By alternating between Premium and "Less Premium" fish every other week we can offer you the fixed price of $15/lb. 

For this membership we charge $15/lb each week or $7.50 per portion each week.
Portions are based on the standard restaurant size of roughly 1/2 lb portions (one portion=one person). 
Premium Membership
Although we consider all of our seafood to be gourmet because of our sustainability standards and our fish's freshness, there is a category of “premium” grade fish that is at the top of the price ladder. We offer a CSS option that strictly includes these “premium” fish such as Salmon, Ahi, Halibut, Sea Bass, Sturgeon, Ono, Scallops, Opah, etc.
The Premium Membership costs $10 per portion each week, $2.50 more than the Standard Membership (portions are based on the standard restaurant size of roughly 1/2 lb portions, one portion=one person) or $20/lb each week.
Preparing your Fish
Each week when you pick up your cooler we will send you home with an info/recipe sheet on that week's CSS Fish. Weekly we provide our cooking tips for each fish, our favorite recipes, along with new recipes for you to try. If you've never cooked much fish before you will do just fine with our preparation and cleaning instructions as well as baking, grilling, pan frying, etc. tips. 
The fish you will receive each week is clean, filleted, and ready to cook!
