This application must be completed and signed by the applicant seeking housing. Information submitted on this application is confidential and stored on a secure server. Submitting an application does not guarantee housing. Harvest House has 8 beds for young adults, and they are typically full. We will hold your application for 3 months in case a bed space opens up.
