*Fernbrook's Farm Run Terms and Conditions
In connection with Fernbrook's Farm Run and Mini Mile, scheduled for September 29, 2019 (the "Event"), I represent and warrant as follows: (A) I will be a Participant in the Event and/or the parent or legal guardian of a Participant in the event. (B) I am at least 18 years of age. (C) The Participant (whether me or my child) is physically fit for the Event and takes full responsibility for adequately training for the Event. (D) I am aware of the risks associated with the Event including, without limitation, the difficulty of navigating the obstacles integrated into the Event course, and the necessity to be properly attired for the Event. (E) I agree to assume all risk in connection with the Event including, without limitation, my decision to enter the Event and/or allow my child to enter the Event, the condition of the Event course and/or the suitability of the Event course, and that there is a possibility of injury, fractures or possibility of death.
I hereby on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims against the following entities and persons, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the following entities and persons: Fernbrook Farms Environmental Education Center, Fernbrook Nursery, The Inn at Fernbrook Farms, Fernbrook Farm CSA, and any other entity involved with the Event, their officers, directors, agents, employees, members, donors, sponsors, and event volunteers, with respect to any and all liability of any nature in any way arising out of the Event and my participation therein including, with limitations, the condition of the premises in or around the Event course and with respect to my travel to or from the Event.
I understand and agree that there will be no cancellations, refunds or transfers. In the event of cancellation, my registration fee will be donated to Fernbrook Farms Environmental Education Center.
I also understand that photography and video production may be taking place during the Event and I hereby consent to myself and/or my child being photographed and that such likenesses may be used for promotional and/or public relations purposes any time in the future without compensation.
I have carefully read, and understand, and agree to Fernbrook's Farm Run Terms & Conditions as consideration for my participation, or the participation of my child, in the Event.
