REGISTRATION FORM - 2022 SUMMER SHARES

ON FARM CSA

26-WEEKS or 10-WEEKS

Thank you for choosing to join Fernbrook Farms CSA! We are excited to be growing delicious, locally grown, chemical-free vegetables for you and your family from Memorial Day to Thanksgiving.

A Full Share is $675 for 26 weeks from Memorial Day to Thanksgiving. You may split a full share with another family.

A Ten Week Share is $360. With the Ten Week Share, members can come any 10 weeks during the CSA season.

Here are our anticipated pick-up hours for 2022:

Wednesdays, 12 noon - 7 pm

Thursdays, 12 noon - 7 pm

Fridays, 8 am - 1 pm

Saturdays, 8 am - 1 pm

Weeks 'start' on Saturdays and you may come once during the week to pick up your share.
