LEADS Program Application

The LEADS program is an 8-week course, from September 30 through November 18, that draws on subject matter experts and invites young professionals to explore their own leadership style and how they can become more globally-minded leaders. This interactive and introspective course is built around three key program pillars: leadership development, global competency, and international exchange. LEADS is for early to mid-career professionals who are interested in developing their global competencies and becoming more internationally-minded leaders. Applicants should be between the under the age of 35 at the time of the application deadline; college students and graduate students are invited to apply.

The program cost is $1,000. Thanks to foundation support, CCWA offers generous scholarships to help cover the program cost. Participants who receive a scholarship will submit a $160 tuition fee for the 8-week course (16 hours of instruction).

OPTIONAL: Application for LEADS Program Scholarship (Fall 2024)

The objective of LEADS is to inspire engagement in world affairs among professionals who are globally competent leaders in their fields.

The program cost is $1,000. Thanks to foundation support, CCWA offers generous scholarships that cover $840 of the registration fee. Those that receive scholarships submit a $160 tuition fee for the 8-week course (16 hours of instruction).

This scholarship is available to all interested participants. Interested participants (or their employer) may also select to not apply for a scholarship. For scholarship recipients, should the remaining $160 fee not covered by the scholarship present an undue financial hardship, please reach out to Elizabeth Colvin at ecolvin@ccwa.org.

Scholarship Conditions: Scholarship applicants are expected to be active participants throughout the 8-week LEADS course.
