EVENT SUBMISSION FORM

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Permitees shall serve a secular, non-discriminatory purpose only. Permits shall not be granted to private religious institutions.
• Organization must have primary location within Hudson County.
• Events will only be accepted for possible approval by completing Submission Form.
• All potential events need a preliminary meeting with the Hudson County Division of Cultural & Heritage Affairs/ Tourism Development.
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Hudson County Division of Cultural & Heritage Affairs/ Tourism Development to determine that the event meets the criteria and is related to Cultural & Heritage Affairs and Tourism Development.
• The Division reserves the right to edit and/or modify event details.
 
DEADLINES
 
• Event Request Date must be submitted 60 days prior to exact event date.
• An Event that is deemed especially large or complex requires a 6-month advanced request with detailed information regarding the event due to the amount of preparation.
