A1: You need to submit an application if you plan on using a county right-of-way for outdoor seating. To figure this out, please see the attached map. Any location on a County Road will need to submit an application.

A2: No, there isn’t an application fee.
Q3: What other documents are necessary to get an approval?
A3: In addition to completing this application, applicants need to submit 3 additional documents:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance with the County added as a certificate holder. The certificate holder box should have the language below:
