Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours wirtten notice will result in a three hour minimum charge per the originally scheduled time and day.

Labor: Service rates effective April 16th, 2022. Our standard service requires that you call Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Our normal response time is the next working day. Our response time on emergency service calls is usually within 4 hours. A standard service call will require a labor minimum of three hours. BEC does not charge for travel or fuel surcharges. All work beyond the three hour minimum will be charged in half hour increments. Work performed between 6:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays shall be billable at Standard Hours Rates. Any service performed between the hours of 3:01 P.M. and 7:29 A.M. shall be subject to Non-Standard Hours Rates.

Service Rates (subject to 3 hour minimum):

Standard Hours Rate - $525.00 for first three hours, no travel sur-charges. Each additional hour, billed in half hour increments $175.00/hour.

Non-Standard Hours Rate - $825.00 for first three hours, no travel sur-charges. Each additional hour, billed in half hour increments $275.00/hour.
