Tuatahi First Fibre Limited (we, us or our) is the owner and operator of the fibre broadband network in your area. We build the network, and our customers buy a fibre connection package direct from an internet service provider.
What is a get fibre ready installation?
We can install fibre at your property so it's ready to be connected by an internet service provider (ISP) when you opt to sign up to a fibre plan.
What is required?
In order for us to offer a Get Fibre Ready installation at your property you must:
- Be the owner/have consent of the owner or be an authorised agent of the owner for the property
- Be present at the scoping appointment
- Be present on the day of installation to sign off the work
- Provide us any necessary consent we require of you
- Not damage the fibre equipment
