THE COTERIE TRANSPORTATION SUBSIDY PROGRAM

The Coterie is pleased to offer Your Ticket to Ride, a program providing transportation funding for school groups. We hope providing subsidies will assist schools in need, where transportation costs may preclude them from attending a Coterie production.

The Coterie Transportation Fund will provide assistance on a first-come, first-served basis up to $3.00 per student (with a maximum stipend of $300) to defray transportation costs for any K-12 school bringing a group of 20 students or more to see select shows from our season.

The following shows in our 2024-25 Season qualify for bus subsidies:

Please read these restrictions carefully:

Subsidy requests must be filled out prior to your performance date. Submissions after the performance date will not be granted.
The subsidy may only be used once per teacher per season.
All paperwork must be received no later than 60 days after the performance.
Subsidies are $3.00 per student, but not to exceed $300.
Bus subsidies may be applied only to the productions listed above.
Approval for transportation subsidies is based on availability.

STEP ONE: RESERVE YOUR TICKETS

Make a reservation for 20 or more students to see an eligible Coterie production. Any field trip for a group of 20 or more from a K-12 school is eligible for a transportation allowance of up to $3.00 per paid admission, not to exceed $300 total.

STEP TWO: SUBMIT YOUR SUBSIDY REQUEST

After you've made your group reservation with the box office, submit your subsidy request by providing the following information:

STEP THREE: SUBMIT YOUR PAPERWORK

After your field trip, you'll receive an email with a link to complete a post-show survey and submit required documentation. Reimbursements cannot be issued without this completed documentation. All documentation must be received no later than 60 days after the performance you attended.

Invoice from you transportation provider
Your school or district's signed W9 form
Completed post-performance survey (included in the link emailed following your visit)
