The health and safety of our audience, staff, and artists is of the utmost importance to us. In accordance with Kansas City’s State of Emergency proclamation, and per new CDC guidance, we decided to cancel the last week of Puffs
as well as postponing our upcoming production of Pete the Cat
until Spring 2021.
Cancelling performances is an extremely difficult decision to make, but we know it is the socially responsible thing to do in order to best serve our community.
It is impossible to cancel performances without creating serious and lasting hardships for our company, our staff, and our artists. We ask for your patience and support during this incredibly difficult time, as we navigate these challenges. Please be aware that our box office is receiving an extremely high volume of calls. If you request a call back we will respond as soon as possible, but your patience is greatly appreciated.
For those who purchased individual tickets to a performance that has been canceled, you have two options:
- Donate your ticket(s) back to us; ticket donations are tax deductible and you will be mailed a donation receipt in the coming weeks. We thank you for your generosity during this challenging time.
- Keep your tickets and use them for either a future performance; you will be mailed complimentary ticket vouchers in the coming weeks. The vouchers will be good for tickets for a production later in the current season OR in the upcoming 2020-2021 season (excluding the holiday show).
