Introduction:

Purpose:
The Rural Road Reclassification Committee (RRCC) comprises of members from the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), the Ministry of Highways, the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association (SUMA), and the Ministry of Government Relations.

The work of the RRCC is to establish an integrated rural road classification system determined by each road’s functions, using a consistent set of criteria.

SARM accepts applications from Rural Municipalities on behalf of the committee to review road (re)classification requests. Please fill in and submit this form to apply for (re)classification of any RM road.
