*  Effective Dates:  September 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019

*  Consumers are eligible to return their LiveSight™ Sonar product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (purchase price and applicable freight and sales tax as it appears on the invoice), regardless of the reason. 

•  Complete and submit this form no later than January 31, 2020

*  Consumers will receive payment in the form of a check within four (4) weeks from receipt of the product.  All product must be returned, at the consumer's expense, to Navico.  NOTE:  Once you submit this form, you will be provided with the return address, as well as a reference number that should be used as your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please make a note of this number for tracking purposes.  You do not need to wait for confirmation from Navico to send your product to us.

•  Include the product's serial number (located on the UPC label), purchase date, where purchased and a copy of the dated register receipt.
