We are excited about your interest in our next cycle of Connections Small Groups!  Please take a few moments to complete this registration form so that we can help you locate your best fit in a small group.

2C. Our primary focus is trying to create small groups where you can grow and develop great connections with others based on your stage of life. What Stage of Life are you in? *

(NOTE: Groups typically meet from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, however there are some exceptions. Please contact Pastor Adam if you have any questions/concerns about the time schedules) *
5. Childcare:

One of our main priorities and desires, is that our families be able to interact and grow together as part of our Connections Small Groups.  The leadership of EGCC recognizes the benefits of having the entire family participate ~ the fellowship for our kids is equally as important as the adults.

We also recognize that, for our groups to function properly and achieve the goals we’ve set out, there must be a period of time when the children are separated from the adults so that study, meaningful discussions and adult fellowship can take place. 

At this point, we offer 2 groups where childcare is provided.  If you require provided childcare, please indicate that below and our Connections Childcare Specialist will be in contact with you regarding the details. For all other groups, outside childcare (your own private arrangement/babysitter) is required.

Additional Information:
 
Our Spring 2019 cycle of Connections will begin the week of February 10th and will run for eight consecutive weeks.
 
The pastoral staff will review the information on this form and help you find a small group that suits your stage of life, schedule, and personal relationships.
 
The success of small groups depends on the constant participation of its members, and so we ask that you please stick with the group for the entire eight weeks.  After the cycle has completed, the pastoral staff looks forward to your feedback, which can be provideed via the End-Cycle Follow-Up Survey.
