*IMPORTANT: OUR PARKING LOT EXTENDS INTO THE VENDOR AREA. THEREFORE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE STAKES TO SECURE YOUR TENTS. PLEASE BRING SOME TYPE OF WEIGHTS (CINDER BLOCKS, SANDBAGS, BARBELL WEIGHTS) TO SECURE YOUR TENTS. THANK YOU

The church will provide general lighting. Vendors must provide their own displays. ALL TENTS MUST BE

FEES: Are not refundable. Must be paid in full with this contract. Any fee paid after October 1st must be cash or certified check or money order and is also subject to a late filing fee of $75. When your application is approved and accepted, you will receive a receipt as “confirmation of your reservation”. Space is limited.
