2017-2018 Buffalo Bills Foundation Mentoring Program

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in the Buffalo Bills mentoring program powered by Classroom Champions. In this program, K-8 public school classrooms in the Buffalo area will partner with three NFL players for a September to December virtual mentoring relationship focusing on goal setting, perseverance, fair play, and community involvement. In November/December, classes will be invited to come to the training complex, meet their mentors, and watch a practice!

Participating teachers receive donated technology, tee shirts and school supplies for their class, funding for a community service project, and funds for a school bus to Achievement Day at the stadium. In addition, they receive planning resources for project based learning and support from a Classroom Champions education expert.

This application consists of this two-page form that includes some info about you and your school, and a short essay. We have begun to select teachers for the program but will be still accepting applications in case a spot opens up due to an accepted teacher moving schools or programs.

If you aren't in the Buffalo area, and want to be considered for the Olympian/Paralympian year-long mentoring program, please click here for that application.
