AMA Amateur Motocross Eligibility Approval Application for Non-US Citizens

Welcome to the AMA Amateur Motocross Eligibility application for International Riders site. This online form will allow you to submit your AMA Amateur Motocross Eligibility application electronically for processing. Please keep in mind that you will still need to print out the waivers, sign them and bring them with you when you pick up your license at the event.

1. A copy of a Birth Certificate or Passport

2. A headshot photo

3. A Race Resume

4. A release from your Home Federation, Start Permission, etc. (Does not pertain to Canadian Participants)
