2022 Central Zone Regionals Registration

Register by Sept 21st to get Early-bird discount of $5 off per entry. No guaranteed shirt sizes after this date. Registration will close for this event October 10th.
- $145 per player, all divisions besides Chuckles 
- $40 Chuckles Division (Walk/trot only on a lead line or off. One game per day. No APA day fee required. Fee includes meals and shirt.
- FAMILY DISCOUNT: families with more than 2 playing in immediate family receive a discount of $25 off each entry after 2. (applies to the 3rd, 4th, 5th entry). Be sure to click "Family" as the registration type and enter all playing members together at the same time.
- Each entry includes: tournament fees, catered dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, longsleeve dri-fit T-shirt, EMT, entertainment Saturday night (mechanical bull and dancing), and prizes.
-Extra items for non-players: Fri chicken fried steak meal- $15, Sat night BBQ- $20, Longsleeve dri-fit tee- $15, RV hookup space-$50 for weekend
A, B, C, D, E grades. Subject to change depending on # of entries. (Chuckles Division - see above).
We will try to have 6 man teams if possible in each division. Let us know who you plan to play with or if you need a team on registration form as soon as possible.
All teams must provide goal tending volunteers, umpire horses and umpire volunteers. Depending on turnout and weather, some games may begin Friday evening.
Our tournament will consist of 3 games (3 x 6 minute chukkas). Tournament committee reserves the right to move individual divisions to a 2x 8 minute format if that is needed for scheduling purposes. There will be a 4th game offered to everyone. The 4th game is optional and players are allowed to use a new horse or switch teams.
*Free camping around the field.
*Hot showers available on grounds!
*E-pens are allowed at your trailer.
*RV hook up spaces are available for rent $50 for the weekend. Register early to reserve spots. First come, first serve. (E-pens are allowed by your trailer at RV spaces. )
COGGINS: Current Coggins required. Please bring a copy to hand in at check in for event.
Food truck/concession stand will be available for breakfast and lunch. Dinner Friday and Saturday provided in tournament fee.
A mechanical bull will be Saturday nights entertainment after dinner. A safety waiver from the company providing the service will have to be signed to participate. Rules and regulations from the company will have to be followed.
Must be at trailer or on leash at all times. No dogs near pavilion during dinners.
