On entering the employment of Genesee County Fish & Game Association, henceforth referred to as the employer, I agree to be governed and abide by all rules and regulations of my employer., and perform satisfactorily such duties as may be assigned to me. I understand that acceptance for employment and any continuation of my employment shall depend upon satisfactory replies from my references and background check and performance and conduct satisfactory at all times to my employer. I understand that my employment is for no definate or fixed period of time and that neither hours or work which may be assigned to me at any time nor any other act or circumstance shall constitute a guarantee of employment. No modification or waiver of any of the provisions of the agreement on the part of my employ shall be considered binding or effective unless in writing and signed by an executive officer of the association.
The above facts set forth in my application are true and complete. I understand that my employer or its agents may conduct a full investigation in order to verify any written or oral statements that have been made as well as ascertain my credit rating. I authorize all previous employers, financial institutions or other persons having knowledge of myself, my records or credit rating to release such information to the employer or its agent.
I understand further that, should any falsification be dicovered, it will constitute cause for non-acceptance or dismissal.
