Written Assignment Submission - Sections 1 & 2

Following your Professional Development Experience you must complete all four sections of the written assignment to earn the graduate credit.  Each section of the assignment is worth 25 points.
 
The first two sections of the assignment are turned in at one time.  You should wait to receive feedback from the course instruction before proceeding.  After you receive this feedback you should complete the final two sections of the assignment and turn them in together.
 
You have the choice of entering the first two sections of your assignment on this page, or uploading these two sections of the assignment in one document.  The document should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format.  Choose one method or the other - use this form on this page OR upload a document.
 
In the section below "Professional Development Presentation" refers to the presentation, seminar, conference, course, simulcast, webinar, video, or DVD that you particpated in as part of this Graduate Course.

When you click "Submit" the first two sections of your assignment will be sent to the Course Instructor for grading.  You must submit the first two sections of the assignment at one time.  You may not make changes or edit your assignment after submitting it.  Please do not click submit until you are satisfied with the work you are turning in.
 
You will receive feedback on the first two sections of your assignment within 7-10 days of submission.  Please do not complete the final two sections of the assignment until you have received this feedback.

You will receive email notification of your course grade within 14 days of submitting the final two sections of your assignment.  Transcripts will be available one week after your grade is reported to administration.
