Service Unit and Troop Event Request

This form is for use of Troops intending to travel overnight, or reimbursement Cookie Dough (Program Credit) and Service Unit Events. Events that will request reimbursement for cookie dough will also need to fill out a form post-event.

Please note, only Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Troops are able to use cookie dough for overnight travel.
